Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details are presented within the App at the time of purchase and are subject to the Apple App Store terms and conditions.

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Snoutbook and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoutbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information provided by the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other appropriate means.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
